Framed White Card

I started by using the Martha Stewart Double Loop punch around the page to create a frame for my project. That way I could create dimension and draw attention to the flower in the center of my project. I then used mounting tape and a Marianne Design Vintage cutting and embossing folder on top of the Loops. Next I used a Spellbinder Nestabilities Classic Scallop and regular Oval and attached Oval to the center of the Marianne design with mounting tape. For the flower I used Memory Box Cherry Blossom and Petal party. To complete the card I added a little white glitter for sparkle.
