Valentine Delivery (Heartfelt Creations Classic Edition)

 I first embossed the background with the Polka Dot embossing folder then die cut a Polka Dot piece of cardstock using the Grand Labels Four.  With Valentine cardstock die cut the truck and wagon and attach them using mounting tape.  Punch three hearts, run through Polka Dot embossing folder and attach with mounting tape.  Add Ribbon Banner Valentine saying.  To complete die cut four Lace Corner Deco F pieces and add red rhinestones.
